## NHTSA's summary

When using Bluetooth, the data rate between the Lotus 20/20 diagnostic laptop and the VCI \(Vehicle Communication Interface\) module, is not fast enough to support functions that require large data bandwidth \(live data logging, ECU / TCU Flash Programming etc.\).
