PITSTOP: MAINTAIN NEUTRAL (N) POSITION FOR AN AUTOMATED CARWASH - This bulletin provides information on how to maintain the Neutral (N) position on 2022MY~ EV6 (CV) vehicles when using an automated car wash. When the vehicle is in 'READY' mode, safety systems are active and can unexpectedly apply either the Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) and/or shift into Park (P) when events such as opening the doors, unlatching seatbelts and/or vehicle rollback is detected. This can cause issues when using an automated car wash, particularly those where the vehicle is sent through without a driver.
PS746	2023-06-01. Service bulletin. PITSTOP: MATTE PAINT FINISH CARE INSTRUCTIONS - This pitstop provides instructions regarding matte paint finish on some 2022MY~ vehicles. Contrary to gloss paint, matte painted surfaces have a unique finish with low gloss due to diffused light reflection. This requires different care (hand wash with special cleaners), to maintain and preserve the matte appearance. Warranty does not cover the vehicle’s matte appearance. Issues with matte paint at PDI should be reviewed with DPSM’s prior to any repairs.

New/revised sections of this bulletin are indicated by a black bar in the margin area. This bulletin provides information for repairing punctures on foam-lined tires equipped on 2022MY~ EV6 (CV) vehicles. These tires are manufactured with a layer of polyurethane foam on the inner surface of the tire tread which absorbs road noise and creates a quieter driving experience. These tires can be repaired but require additional steps compared to a conventional tire repair.

TECHNICAL SERVICE BULLETIN: ELECTRIC DOOR HANDLE NOISE - This bulletin provides information regarding the auto flush operation of the outside door handles on some 2022MY EV6 (CV) GT Line vehicles equipped with electric door handles, produced from November 17, 2021 through February 8, 2022, which may exhibit noise when operating due to insufficient grease on the door handle push rod actuator. Follow the procedure outlined in this publication to apply grease to the push rod actuator in the outside electric door handle on all four (4) doors.
