Letter from SAF-HOLLAND to Walmart informing them that for certain SAF-HOLLAND trailer suspensions shipped to Gread Dane Limited Partnership, we can not confirm proper amount grease was installed in the bearings during assembly by SAF-HOLLAND, Inc. Suspect suspensions were used by GDLP to build trailers sold to Walmart. The suspect population of axles was distributed through one single distribution channel; SAF-HOLLAND, Inc. to Great Dane Limited Partnership to Walmart. The resulting recall was reported to NHTSA by Great Dane Limited Partnership, transaction ID 21-00573-26960-11.
