# Service bulletin T\-TT\-0668\-21

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

## NHTSA's summary

TT: Some vehicles may exhibit seat memory switch function inoperative condition if the Seating Position Control ECU is not initialized. The Pre\-Delivery Service \(PDS\) bulletin \(link below\) instructs technicians to perform this initialization after the D/C Cut Fuse is installed. The Repair Manual \(links below\) states that when any of the following conditions are met, the seat position information in the position control ECU assembly will be cleared: ?The power switch is turned off with any of the seat switches being operated and the ECU\-DCC NO.2 fuse removed. ?The power switch is turned off within 1 second of any of the seat switches being operated with the ECU\-DCC NO.2 fuse removed. ?Power supplied to the position control ECU assembly is cut while the seat is moving to the memorized position.
