## NHTSA's summary

It is Midwest Industries' policy to supply trailer models with factory installed brakes as standard equipment for all trailers with GVWR of 3000 lbs. and greater. For trailers with GVWR of 1500 lbs and greater but less than 3000 lbs. it is our policy to offer brake kits which you as a distributor/dealer can install where state law requires.
