Electric Stability Control – Malfunction Indicator Lamp May Not Illuminate – NHTSA ID: 21V-719. An incorrectly programmed software parameter results in a failed signal from the electronic stability control (ESC) system to the dash lamp that indicates a malfunction. Updating the software parameter via Davie4 resolves the issue.
