Service bulletin 21V604
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
Cummins and The Shyft Group (Spartan Chassis) has decided that a defect relating to motor vehicle safety exists in specific motorhomes built on Spartan Chassis (Cummins NHTSA #21E 063), (The Shyft Group NHTSA # 21V 556). In response, Newmar Corporation is issuing recall NHTSA # 21V 604. On certain motorhomes, as described in Cummins recall 21E-063, a fuel leak may occur in the fuel hoses between the fuel pump and the remote fuel filter head. A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source may increase the risk of fire.
