NHTSA's summary
This bulletin provides instruction for installing a jumper harness between the water in fuel filter and powertrain wiring harness. Oshkosh has received reports of fuel system faults specific to wiring of the water in fuel filter. Installing the jumper harness corrects broken water in fuel filter harness wiring.
