## NHTSA's summary

Some 2021 F\-150 vehicles equipped with SYNC 4 and built on or after 29\-Apr\-2021 and through 19\-May\-2021 may exhibit an inoperative Wireless App Projection feature with a Wireless App Projection Disabled message in the touchscreen. This may be due to various parameters within the gateway module \(GWM\). To correct the condition, complete Customer Satisfaction Program 21B33.

This may be due to a connection and/or outlet issue at any of the 3 AC power outlets. If this concern is present, closely inspect C4628 at the pickup bed AC outlet for possible connection and/or contamination issues and repair as necessary. If there are no connection or contamination issues present at C4628, or a repair has been made AC power outlet system, you must download and run the Reset the Battery Monitoring Sensor Learned Values app \(routine 203A\) in the FDRS to relearn the direct current/alternating current converter module A \(DCACA\) outlet configuration and retest. If the B1330:9A persists, continue with normal diagnostics in the Workshop Manual, Section 414\-05.
