Warranty Information Letter for Part Shortages - Temporary Reimbursement Guidelines. As a result of supply chain constraints, DTNA understands that service locations and customers are taking unique steps to get parts, perform repairs, and maintain customer uptime. Therefore, effective immediately, DTNA will temporarily reimburse the scenarios described below for warrantable repairs. These adjustments will expire on December 31, 2021, or be re-evaluated based on market conditions.
