# Service bulletin SB2039

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

## NHTSA's summary

SERVICE INFORMATION BULLETIN: Van Hool has switched over into production to a new type of 4/2 solenoid valve in the compressed\-air system. As the previous Knorr\-Bremse \(Bosch\) solenoid valve \(VH11102170\) is no longer made available as spare part, you will receive a Wabco solenoid valve \(VH660526759\) when ordering. Both valves are interchangeable, but some differences must be considered. Consult the information in this service bulletin for a proper installation.
