NHTSA's summary
This bulletin provides instruction for installing a fuel filter assembly and mounting bracket to the front engine mount. Oshkosh has received reports of fuel filter mounts cracking when the filter assembly is directly mounted to the front engine mount. The addition of a mounting bracket between the filter assembly and front engine mount increases the filter assembly’s mounting area.
