Blue iQ® Fault Code 6955 Diagnostic Procedure. Fault Code 6955 is triggered when the Blue iQ® Fuel System Control Module (FSCM) detects one or more of the following conditions while the vehicle is running: a)fuel fill door is open b)dust cap is not installed on a fuel receptacle c)fuel receptacle kill cap is not installed PLEASE NOTE: FC 6955 is rarely triggered as it will reset after one to two key cycles.
