## NHTSA's summary

Customer Satisfaction Program. On certain vehicles with a special service sales package and radio infotainment system \(RPOs 5W4 and IOR\), the left hand buttons on the backside of the steering wheel currently enable favorites instead of being repurposed for the use of emergency equipment such as police lights or sirens and push\-to\-talk microphone. Dealers are to reprogram the radio.
