This is a representative copy of communication issued to specific dealers requesting that dealers return inventory to Bridgestone Americas of Bridgestone Potenza S001 tire in 245/40RF21 and 275/35RF21 sizes. Tire relabeling is required due to the same article (or material) number being used on the tire labels for two versions of the Bridgestone Potenza S001 tire in 245/40RF21 and 275/35RF21 sizes. Bridgestone has taken this action to prevent potential mixing of tires on the same vehicle which could result in minor differences in sidewall appearance. There is no safety concern related to this communication.
