Field Update Notice \#74B258 Accelerator Pedal \- Pierce Manufacturing has determined that a defect which relates to motor vehicle safety exists in certain Quantum custom fire apparatus models manufactured between 2008 and 2011 equipped with accelerator pedals produced by Williams Controls.
