## NHTSA's summary

The amplifier software was not recognizing the Level 3 setting on the Boom\! audio system. While cycling the AVC settings may appear to work, our investigation showed the settings of either Level 2 or Level 4 \(which ever setting was selected prior to Level 3\) were operating in place of Level 3.
