## NHTSA's summary

Ferrari has launched the 7\-year Maintenance Program to help the dealers retain their customers longer. This will allow the dealer to see their customers at least once per year. Therefore, the dealers need to help themselves by monitoring their customers maintenance needs and assist their customers in getting their cars in for the 7\-year maintenance within the guidelines of the program.
