NHTSA's summary
SERVICE BULLETIN M1532: PAN AMERICA BCM UPDATE REVISION. PURPOSE: This bulletin supersedes M1529 and requires all Pan America™ vehicles to have the BCM updated to the latest software. This contains the software from the previous update and includes a new feature to address a condition that can keep the module awake and deplete the battery in a matter of days, preventing a no start condition. In addition, the software addresses the condition affecting customers where their cell phone won't charge while riding.
