## NHTSA's summary

\(SCB\) Motor Control Unit Service Campaign \- Due to a manufacturing error, the electrical resistance of the insulated base inside the Motor Control Unit \(MCU\) MAY DECREASE AND FLEAD TO UNSTABLE VOLTAGE WITHIN THE CIRCUIT. This condition can result in reduced electric motor power \(turtle mode\) and in the worst case, prevent the vehicle from befing frestarted or the Main Drive lithium\-ion battery from being recharged.
