Service Update \- On certain 2021 model year Cadillac Escalade vehicles, customers may notice a reduced catalog of in\-vehicle apps available for download in the organic light\-emitting diode \(OLED\) Infotainment System. Certain in\-vehicle apps, including audio streaming apps, are not currently available on these Escalade vehicles due to an issue displaying album artwork. Dealers are to reprogram the radio.
