NHTSA's summary
Agility Fuel Solutions has determined the orientation of CNG high-pressure fuel filter p/n 63110012 and low-pressure fuel filter 63110013 installed on certain FCCC MT-45 and MT-55 package delivery vans do not match the original design intent. The incorrectly oriented HP and/or LP fuel filters do not constitute a safety risk or a detriment to system operation. This inspection document includes repair instructions to bring any improperly installed fuel filters into design parameters.
