Service bulletin TJ31762.1.0-2016
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
There is a new process for upgrading maps on cars with Sensus (IAM2.1) navigation. Map updates for Sensus navigation systems in MY2011-2015A cars (identified as shown in attached picture) can now be downloaded online and transferred to the car via a USB flash drive in the same way as current models.
