- [ITB14059A](/bulletins/10192666.md), 2021-05-10, Service bulletin: VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL; PARKING BRAKE; SEAT BELTS. IF YOU CONFIRM All "hands free" functions of the Intelligent Key \(I\-Key\) do not work. For example, the doors will not lock or unlock when pressing either front door request switch. NOTE: \- The issue of all I\-Key "hands free" functions not working may occur intermittently or all the time. \- The message "No Key Detected" or similar may show on the Vehicle Information Display \(located in the combination meter\). \- All I\-Key remote button functions \(door lock/unlock, etc.\) WILL work normally when all I\-Key "hands free" functions are NOT working. ACTION 1. Inspect the I\-Key?s battery on its negative contact side. 2. If excessive scratching is found, replace the battery. 3. Verify all I\-Key functions \(both "hands free" and remote\) work properly after battery replacement. NOTE: Do NOT replace the BCM, I\-Key, or other parts for the issue described under IF YOU CONFIRM, if it should occur. See this bulletin for further detail.
- [ITB15027](/bulletins/10192640.md), 2021-05-10, Service bulletin: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; POWER TRAIN. SERVICE INFORMATION If the glove box is removed for any reason \(for example, installing an accessory kick plate, replacing an in\-cabin microfilter, etc.\), verify the trunk release power cancel switch operates normally after installing the glove box. See this bulletin for further detail.
- [ITB11011A](/bulletins/10192630.md), 2021-05-10, Service bulletin: POWER TRAIN; ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING; EQUIPMENT. SERVICE INFORMATION For QX60 Hybrid Vehicles, go to page 4. Q50, Q70, and M35 Hybrid Vehicles The internal combustion \(IC\) engine in the Q50, Q70, and M35 Hybrid vehicles is started using a high voltage motor that is integrated into the transmission. The high voltage motor gets its power from the high voltage Lithium\-Ion \(Li\-ion\) battery that is mounted between the trunk room and the rear seat. The Li\-ion battery cannot be recharged using an external battery charger; therefore it is very important that the battery state of charge \(SOC\) is properly maintained during extended storage periods. Action must to be taken in order to prevent excessive discharge of the high voltage Li\-ion battery during an extended storage period. If the reserve capacity of the Li\-ion battery is not sufficient, the hybrid system cannot be started. Perform the Battery Discharge Prevention During Extended Storage procedure in this bulletin once a month \(every 30 days\). NOTE: A discharged high voltage Li\-ion battery is not a warrantable issue. See this bulletin for further detail.
- [ITB14028A](/bulletins/10192616.md), 2021-05-10, Service bulletin: POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:FLUID/LUBRICANT. SERVICE INFORMATION The information in this bulletin is provided to help ensure correct diagnosis and repair of fluid leaks. All fluid leaks, when properly diagnosed, should be repaired \(whether under warranty or customer pay\) to ensure proper vehicle operation. However, certain normal operating conditions can be misdiagnosed as a leak requiring repair. Unnecessary repair or replacement of parts in connection with incorrectly diagnosed "leaks" can negatively impact customer satisfaction, be time consuming and costly, and if not performed correctly can lead to future repairs. See this bulletin for further detail.
- [ITB14051A](/bulletins/10192611.md), 2021-05-10, Service bulletin: POWER TRAIN; FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE. IF YOU CONFIRM All of the following: The FCW \(Forward Collision Warning\) malfunction is ON or reported to have been ON, and DTC C1A27 \(ECD POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT\) is stored \(Past or Current\), and the brake fluid level is normal. NOTE: C1A27 is an ICC \(Intelligent Cruise Control\) DTC. ACTION Reprogram the ABS control unit \(ABS\) per the Service Procedure in this bulletin. \- Part of the Service Procedure, step 20 on page 8, is a confirmation that reprogramming is needed to resolve the incident shown in Figure A and B on page 1. See this bulletin for further detail.
- [ITB14055](/bulletins/10192475.md), 2021-05-10, Service bulletin: POWER TRAIN; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. SERVICE INFORMATION If a customer describes lack of power or poor acceleration, perform the following checks before attempting any repair: \* Check for stored DTCs. \* Check if the driver is resting their left foot on the brake pedal while accelerating. Advise the customer not to rest their foot on the brake while accelerating. \* Use CONSULT\-III plus in Engine Data Monitor to check operation of the brake lamp circuit signal. Monitor the brake switch during the incident; it should be "OFF". Please see this bulletn for further details.
