- [ITB11021B](/bulletins/10192842.md), 2021-05-10, Service bulletin: EQUIPMENT; TIRES. SERVICE INFORMATION Temporary tire Flat Spotting is common on New Dealer In\-Stock vehicles that have not been occasionally moved. Flat Spotting can occur after the vehicle has been parked \(not moved\) for a few days, or longer. In most cases it is temporary. In extreme cases it can be permanent. Vehicles should be moved every 30 days, in one direction only, enough to rotate the tires 90° \(see Figure 1\). Moving vehicles as shown in this bulletin will prevent tire Flat Spotting. See this bulletin for further detail.
- [ITB14021B](/bulletins/10192822.md), 2021-05-10, Service bulletin: POWER TRAIN; EQUIPMENT; EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY. SERVICE INFORMATION Replacement 5\-speed rear wheel drive Automatic Transmission \(A/T\) assemblies and replacement control valves \(valve bodies\) now come with blank Transmission Control Modules \(TCMs\). Blank TCMs come without software and must be programmed \(not reprogrammed\) and then configured after they are installed. When ordering a replacement A/T or control valve, use the Infiniti electronic parts information systems to obtain the correct software program part number See this bulletin for further detail.
- [ITB09041A](/bulletins/10192806.md), 2021-05-10, Service bulletin: EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY; EQUIPMENT:APPLIANCE:AIR CONDITIONER. IF YOU CONFIRM A refrigerant leak at a refrigerant pipe/hose joint location, ACTIONS 1. Inspect the metal surfaces of the pipe/hose joint for damage or contamination. NOTE: Do not replace a refrigerant pipe, hose, or other A/C component if an o\-ring seal will solve the leak incident, if it should occur. 2. If no damage is found to the joint metal surfaces, replace the O\-ring seal. See this bulletin for further detail.
- [ITB09063B](/bulletins/10192802.md), 2021-05-10, Service bulletin: EQUIPMENT:OTHER:LABELS; FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE. SERVICE INFORMATION Because of collision damage or other vehicle repair, a replacement "Certification Label" or "VIN Plate / Label" may be needed. - [ITB14028A](/bulletins/10192616.md), 2021-05-10, Service bulletin: POWER TRAIN:AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION:FLUID/LUBRICANT. SERVICE INFORMATION The information in this bulletin is provided to help ensure correct diagnosis and repair of fluid leaks. All fluid leaks, when properly diagnosed, should be repaired \(whether under warranty or customer pay\) to ensure proper vehicle operation. However, certain normal operating conditions can be misdiagnosed as a leak requiring repair. Unnecessary repair or replacement of parts in connection with incorrectly diagnosed "leaks" can negatively impact customer satisfaction, be time consuming and costly, and if not performed correctly can lead to future repairs. See this bulletin for further detail.
- [ITB15025](/bulletins/10192598.md), 2021-05-10, Service bulletin: BACK OVER PREVENTION; EQUIPMENT; WHEELS; SERVICE BRAKES; STEERING. See this bulletin for further detail.
- [ITB99043G](/bulletins/10192533.md), 2021-05-10, Service bulletin: EQUIPMENT. SERVICE INFORMATION NOTE \- Failure to follow the procedures in this bulletin may result in the denial of a warranty claim. In an effort to protect the paint finish, Paint Guard Film \(PGF\) is applied on many new Infiniti vehicles. Paint Guard Film is a temporary white plastic protective film that is applied by the factory to the horizontal painted surfaces of the vehicle. The PGF protects the paint finish during vehicle handling, transportation and storage from harmful elements such as acid rain, iron particles, bird droppings, tree sap and other environmental contaminants. NOTE \- Paint Guard Film CANNOT remain on the vehicle for more than six months after the vehicle's manufacture date. PGF must be removed at the end of six months. See this bulletin for further detail.

Infiniti STRONGLY RECOMMENDS AGAINST making any change to seat trim materials from the factory equipped condition. This specifically applies to replacing the seat trim with non\-factory materials; adding leather/cloth seat covers, seat pads, or seat storage pouches, etc. around or over the seat back and the passenger seat cushion.
