Service bulletin SIL 797
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
Certain LR7 aerial devices sold between September 2020 and November 2020 might have a trailer plug wiring configuration that was specified in the purchase order to supply a constant 12+ volts to pin 6. If you intend to pull a trailer that is configured with pin 6 as the trailer brakes, a wiring change could be needed. Ensure that you check the trailer brake operation as part of the pre-trip inspection to ensure that the trailer brakes are operating properly. Altec does not require the truck-mounted trailer plug to be rewired, but rewiring might be necessary depending on the trailer the customer intends to pull.
