Service bulletin PB16137
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
Shown teft, is a new option that we are offering for the Triton Enclosed Trailer models from Cargo to Lowboys. The "Auto-On Door Switch'' is a handy device that can be installed in the trame of a man door and allows the user to automatically turn on lights in the trailer by simply opening the side access or man door. Much like your refrigerator door, this switch will shut off the lights once the door is closed again.
