NHTSA's summary
Hexagon Agility® has determined certain Agility Fuel Solutions (Agility®) ProRail® Side Mount Systems require a design update to attach the enclosure doors to the system. A retrofit kit has been developed and installation instructions have been provided. The new design adds a lanyard with one side of the lanyard connected to the door of the system and the other side of the lanyard connected to the body of the system.
