# Service bulletin 21\-GI\-003H

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

## NHTSA's summary

This bulletin provides information on the Launch Quality Monitoring Process \(LQMP\) for the 2022MY Hyundai Tucson. After a new vehicle launch, Hyundai uses the LQMP to monitor all customer and dealer activities at a minimum of 100 days. The Tucson LQMP helps improve model vehicle quality, and allows Hyundai to proactively respond to the Voice of the Customer \(VOC\).
