## NHTSA's summary

Hino INSIGHT is a fully integrated connected vehicle platform for Hino customers. It includes INSIGHT Telematics by Telogis which allows fleet managers to monitor driver and vehicle performance. INSIGHT Remote Diagnostics will alert fleet managers in real time of Diagnostic Trouble Codes \(DTC\) with a severity code, so they can plan their service. INSIGHT Case Management ties the process together. A case is created with every DTC and updates the customer throughout the service. All maintenance history is stored for their records. All of this is standard on 2017MY trucks.
