Service bulletin MC64817595

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary

If the engine is revved up to redline when stationary, a speed is sporadically displayed in the instrument cluster. If Launch Control (9000 rpm) is used following the above condition, a speed is also displayed in the instrument cluster. This then triggers a fault memory entry (0x3A11B0 rear wheel speed ABS, implausible signal or value) in the BMS-O.

The document

The document is the manufacturer's. This site does not hold it. NHTSA files a document at one of these two addresses; we have not asked NHTSA which.
