SERVICE BULLETIN M1521: 2021 FLHXSE - OUTER FAIRING SHIPPING SPACERS. PURPOSE: This bulletin informs dealers that 2021 FLHXSE painted in Great White Pearl may arrive at the dealership with foam spacers in between the inner and outer fairings. Remove and discard the foam shipping spacers when installing the windshield per the 2021 Predelivery Inspection (PDI) manual.
