RECENTLY, THE ESSENTIAL TOOLS \- DPF INJECTOR CLEANING KIT \(EN\-52575\), INJECTOR CLEANER ACCESSORY KING \(EN\-52575\-50\), AND INJECTOR SEAL INSTALLER AND SIZER \(J\-46911\) \- WERE SHIPPED TO ISUZU DEALERS. ISUZU HAS DEVEOPED A PROCEDURE TO REMOVE THE CARBON BUILDUP FROM THE DPF FUEL INJECTOR TIP AND TO MAINTAIN THE INJECTOR PERFORMANCE LEVEL. THESE ESSENTIAL TOOLS ARE: KIT 1 \- AN ULTRASONIC CLEANING MACHINE, AND SUPPORT RACK \(SEE FIGURE 1\), KIT 2 \- A STAND WITH BASE, ARM WITH CLAMP, BRASS BRISTLE BRUSH, AND PYREX BEAKER \(SEE FIGURE 2\), AND KIT 3 \- AN INJECTOR SEAL PROTECTOR, SEAL PUSHER AND SEAL SIZER \(SEE FIGURE 3\). DPF INJECTOR CLEANING KIT EN\-52575, DPF INJECTOR CLEANER ACCESSORY KIT EN\-52575\-50, AND INJECTOR SEAL INSTALLER AND SIZER J\-46911 COMBINE TO MAKE A COMPLETE KIT FOR CLEANING. THE ESSENTIAL TOOLS ARE USED ON A BENCH TOP \(SEE FIGURES 1, 2, \& 3\). REFER TO THE APPROPRIATE SERVICE MANUAL FOR INFORMATION ON WHEN AND HOW TO PERFORM THE DPF INJECTOR CLEANING PROCEDURE.
