Service bulletin NCU-2020100001
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
Mercedes-Benz AG ("MBAG"), the manufacturer of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, has determined that on certain Model Year (?MY?) 2019-2020 G-Class vehicles (463 platform), the fuel tank filler hose may not be fitted properly, causing small amounts of fuel to leak when refueling. In this case, the vehicle may not meet emission requirements. Contact between potentially leaking fuel and hot component parts (e.g. exhaust system) is not possible, so a fire hazard can be ruled out. Nevertheless, the fuel tank filler hose should be inspected and replaced if necessary on the affected vehicles.
