NHTSA's summary
The coolant level check procedure has been revised on the Pre-Delivery worksheets for all trucks. The revised sheets have been posted on HinoNet. Please see the picture below (conventional shown, COE similar) on which areas on the worksheets have been updated. Confirm the coolant tank and radiator levels are at the recommended fill level.
