This service bulletin involves inspecting the DEF injector area for coolant leakage, nozzle connectors, shield, lines and side fuel tank (if equipped) for potential damage prior to signing off when receiving Hino trucks. The areas pictured below have been seen with damage. In the event that a subject truck is damaged, these parts would need to be repaired to correct this concern.
