Service bulletin NTB20-088

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary

2020-2021 TITAN/TITAN XD; HEADLAMP TURN SIGNAL BULB INOPERATIVE SERVICE INFORMATION When a “front combination lamp” (headlamp) turn signal is found to be inoperative, first check the bulb for an open filament. If the bulb filament is open, only replace the bulb and do not replace the headlamp assy. • Headlamp replacement for this issue is subject to chargeback, and applies to both the halogen and LED headlamp. NOTE: Figure 1 is of a halogen front headlamp. The LED version is similar and has the turn signal bulb in the same location.
