Service bulletin TT-16-013

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

Engine - Cam Housing Bolt Torque Update. The procedure for installing the rocker shaft bolts into the cam housing has been updated. It is recommended to lightly lubricate the threads and flange of the bolts with clean engine oil before installing them. The torque specification has also been reduced as a result of adding lubricant to the bolts.
