NHTSA's summary

This Technical Service Bulletin describes the verification and resolution of Fault Code 4585 becoming active after a calibration of the engine's Engine Control Module (ECM). This is caused by the engine not having a compatible aftertreatment Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) temperature sensor module. In this population of engines, a new SCR temperature sensor module must be installed to clear an active Fault Code 4585. This is an update to a previously submitted communication.
