SC190 \- EMISSION SERVICE CAMPAIGN \- DEALER PRINCIPAL LETTER \- This document is notice to dealer principals that Kia Motors America, Inc. is conducting a Voluntary Emissions Service Campaign to install an Auxiliary Canister Kit to improve evaporative system performance on certain 2017\-2019 MY Kia Soul vehicles equipped with the 1.6\-liter Turbo\-GDI engine manufactured from July 25, 2016 through December 12, 2018.
