Service bulletin HINO 12-001 TT
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
The Burner Event Log recorded within the BCU is a valuable tool when diagnosing burner-related failures or complaints regarding DPR regen activity etc. Once converted, the event log shows 1,024 of the most recent burner events (commands, stops, starts etc.) in chronological order based on engine operating hours. Typically, the event log will capture data for the most recent 150-300 hours of engine operation.
The document
The document is the manufacturer's. This site does not hold it. NHTSA files a document at one of these two addresses; we have not asked NHTSA which.
