Service bulletin MC65310006
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
Sporadic faults occur in the DME due to faulty coating on pins: Mainly sporadic, isolated but also permanent faults occur in the throttle grip sensor, throttle valve, crankshaft signal, camshaft signal, transmission signal, fuel pressure sensor, gear-lever sensor (Gear Shift Assistant), oxygen sensor and switching cam. These can result in functional impairments and malfunctions, fault messages and fault memory entries.
