NHTSA's summary
In order to comply with the Guaranteed Trade-in Program (GTP) guidelines, any GTP vehicle that retailer elects to sell to Subaru of America, Inc. under the GTP buyback program must have any/all open recalls repaired by retailer prior to submission to Subaru of America.
