CALL TASK CT0009: BBB \- Right Side Saddlebag Faceplate Check. Purpose: Request to inspect right side saddlebag faceplate for a possible lower torque value than what is required. The torque tool in station was set to 10\-20 in.\-lbs. Torque specification should have been 45\-50 in. Check for a loose plate to avoid a possible customer dissatisfied in the future.
