FAILURE OF THE ELECTRIC STEERING COLUMN ADJUSTMENT AT HIGHER CABIN TEMPERATURE: Electric steering column adjustment fails when interior cabin temperatures rise above 122 degrees F \(e.g., parked outdoors on hot day\). Faulty self\-diagnosis of the steering column control unit.
