A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary

Some 2015-2020 Transit high roof bus/passenger wagon vehicles may experience a loose or unseated headliner at the C and/or C 1/2 pillar(s) causing visible gaps. This may be due to a lack of retention capability of the headliner locator tabs to the pillar block pins. To correct the condition, install repair coupons to the headliner and replace the headliner air conditioning (A/C) vent foam gaskets.

SSM 546012026-02-27. Service bulletin. Ford and Lincoln vehicles equipped with wired keyless entry keypad systems and accessory wireless keyless entry keypad systems may or may not come with a wallet card containing the master code. Unlike the integrated wired keypad, the accessory wireless keypad master code cannot be retrieved from the vehicle using a diagnostic scan tool or from the label printed on the body control module (BCM). The Factory Keyless Entry Code application within the diagnostic scan tool will not provide an applicable master code for the accessory wireless keypad. If the wallet card for an accessory keypad is not available, the "Wireless RF Keypad Diagnosis Guide" can be referenced and provides direction on how to retrieve the master code. This guide is located under the Workshop Manual tab > Accessories > Installation > Wireless RF Keypad Diagnosis Guide > PPT C > Step C2.<br /><br /> Note: The only available keypad for some vehicles from the assembly plant is the accessory wireless keyless entry keypad. The integrated wired keypad cannot be installed on vehicles not equipped from the factory with a wired keyless entry k
SSM 515362023-05-04. Service bulletin. For 2000-2024 Ford and Lincoln vehicles, swapping a module from a vehicle for diagnosis purposes is likely to cause errors and is not recommended. It is also not recommended to order a replacement module using a vehicle identification number (VIN) from a different vehicle. Most modules on these affected vehicles are VIN/vehicle specific and hardware variations between modules do exist. Swapping a module from a vehicle or ordering a module using a different vehicle/VIN can cause ineffective repairs and additional vehicle down time. Make sure all appropriate Workshop Manual (WSM) procedures are followed when diagnosing the condition prior to all module replacements and only order modules using the correct VIN.
TSB 22-23052022-09-01. Service bulletin. Some 2020-2022 Transit vehicles may experience intermittent operation of the power sliding door (PSD) which may not open/close properly. It can still be closed manually. Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U201A may or may not be present in the door control module H (DCMH). The PSD may partially actuate with each press of the remote, dash button, or door handle actuation. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to replace the latch, install conical washers and adjust the door.
TSB 22-23212022-08-23. Service bulletin. Some 2015-2022 Transit vehicles may experience a snap, click and/or pop noise from the door check when opening/closing the front door(s). This may be due to a cracked/broken door check and/or fastener. To correct the condition, follow the Service Procedure to inspect/replace the front door check and/or fastener.
SSM 506992022-04-20. Service bulletin. Some 2019-2022 Transit vehicles may experience intermittent operation of the power sliding door (PSD) which may not open/close properly. It can still be closed manually. Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U201A may or may not be present. The PSD may partially actuate with each press of the remote, dash button, or door handle actuation. Check and adjust the door strikers/hinges as needed per the Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 501-03 > General Procedures. If sliding door adjustments do not resolve the concern, the problem is likely related to the latch. If necessary, replace the latch and reassess before considering other actions. Engineering is aware of the issue and is currently investigating. Continue to monitor OASIS for updates.

SSM 498022021-06-01. Service bulletin. Some 2020 Transit vehicles upfitted by Utilimaster for Amazon may exhibit various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) concerns and/or blind spot, crosswalk, tire pressure monitor faults with one or more communication diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) for the MS1 CAN network. This may be caused by the blind spot information system (BLIS) wiring harness chafing on the Utilimaster installed bumper. Prior to performing Workshop Manual (WSM) diagnostics, remove the rear bumper per WSM Section 501-19 to inspect the BLIS wire harness 15K868 for damage. If damage is not present, continue with normal diagnostics. This information is for diagnostic purposes and the repairs are not covered under the Bumper to Bumper Warranty. Have the customer contact Utilimaster for review of the repair for warranty.
