Honda strongly recommends updating your vehicle as soon as possible. After February 22, 2022, restoring services will require a customer pay TCU replacement performed by a service technician at an authorized dealer. |

Until a repair is made available, advise the customer to close the window using manual operation by lightly pulling up on the switch until the desired position is reached. Also, they should avoid pulling up firmly on the switch to prevent activating automatic operation and the Auto-Up feature. |
