NHTSA's summary
Oshkosh engineering has identified a chute speed inconsistency on some 2020 model year S-Series front discharge mixers. Affected trucks will have chute speeds that are faster in one direction and slower in the other direction. Chute left/right timing should be 15 seconds ±1 second and up/down should be 9.5 seconds ±1 second.
