NHTSA's summary
Some Victory Accessory Ape Hanger Handlebars (2880762, 2880763, 2880764, 2880765) have been welded incorrectly causing alignment dimple to locate bars in the wrong position upon installation. If not aligned correctly it is possible to dent the fuel tank when turning handlebars from lock to lock.
