NHTSA's summary
Victory has determined that some 2015-2016 Victory Cruiser motorcycles, certified for sale in the EU market and some non-EU countries outside of the United States and Canada, may not meet noise emission standards required by the EU directive 2002/24/EC and by UN regulation ECE R41. Victory has released an air intake cover inspection procedure to bring vehicles back into compliance with EU and UN requirements.
